Working alongside our experienced Growing Managers, you will gain practical experience across irrigation, crop planting and maintenance, crop monitoring, biological controls, pest and disease management, record-keeping and spray operations when required.

This role would suit someone who is practical, organised and keen to learn, with good communication skills and a genuine interest in producing healthy, high-quality crops.

Excellent Opportunity in our Packhouse Department

Packhouse Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an organised, proactive and solutions-focused Packhouse Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Marden. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating supply chain activities within the Packhouse, including ensuring packaging and materials are available to meet production requirements, maintaining accurate stock control, coordinating suppliers and hauliers, managing trays and pallets, monitoring costs and performance, and identifying and managing potential supply risks.

This role would suit someone with strong planning and organisational skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, works well with colleagues and external partners, and is committed to improving efficiency, accuracy and ways of working. The position is permanent and full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required.
