Ingredients
1 bunch S&A British Asparagus
1 pack sliced parma ham
4 eggs
Method
British Asparagus is best served simply and this recipe can be made quickly, so it's great for a simple supper!
1. Simply steam a fresh bunch of S&A British Asparagus, until the stems bend slightly.
2. Boil a pan of water and poach eggs to taste.
3. Refresh the stems under cold water and slice longways
4. Put 4-5 slices of asparagus onto a slice of parma ham and roll tight.
5. Serve with a poached egg on top and a pinch of salt and pepper.
